Finnish electric watercraft manufacturer Viva Electric Jets has successfully completed the first phase of testing as part of its ongoing CE conformity assessment process during the second week of October. It represents a significant milestone in Viva's journey from on-off items to development towards commercial production. CE Marking – An Essential Step for European Watercrafts CE marking is a mandatory requirement for most recreational boats and personal watercraft entering the European market. Under the European Union's Recreational Craft Directive (2013/53/EU), manufacturers must demonstrate that their products meet applicable safety, construction and environmental requirements.
